A delivery order counts as delivered only after the driver confirms the goods were unloaded at the customer's site. Until then, it stays on the books as a receivable.
Customers can make a down payment first. The rest becomes a receivable checked against the customer's credit limit, then collected when the goods arrive. Payment is kept simple on purpose: Cash and Pay on delivery only.
